Job Summary

Experienced Staff Technical Program Manager to oversee high-visibility, multi-disciplinary technical programs, coordinate across Engineering, Product, Design and Analytics, and scale program management practices for a fast-growing FinTech platform. You will drive architecture-level understanding, manage risks and schedules, mentor teams, and enable remote-friendly collaboration across distributed backends and consumer/merchant products.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive complex, multi-disciplinary, and highly visible technical programs in service of expanding consumer product suite and platform capabilities.
•Coordinate across engineering teams and non-engineering stakeholders through the full program lifecycle to plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate with cross-functional partners.
•Understand technical implementation at the architecture level and propose technical alternatives to keep priorities aligned and teams effective.
•Partner with Product and Engineering to plan requirements, identify risks, manage program schedules, and communicate with cross-functional partners.
•Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks, and communicate status to upper management and program stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 200,000 annually

•Track record of successfully driving complex large technology applications and geographically distributed backend systems.
