Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day warehouse execution in the assigned area while supporting overall warehouse flow and service performance.
  • •Assign work and communicate priorities to associates based on schedule, labor availability, production demand, carrier timing, and operational risk.
  • •Provide first-point guidance for operators on process execution, documentation requirements, system transactions, and problem escalation.
  • •Ensure work follows SOPs, GMP requirements, food safety expectations, allergen controls, sanitation standards, and applicable warehouse or transport regulations.
  • •Monitor process execution and verify physical activity aligns with SAP/RF transactions; escalate issues and support KPI performance (e.g., receiving accuracy and inventory accuracy).

Key Requirements
