Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate inventory accuracy, traceability, and stock integrity, including cycle counts with 3PL and investigation of discrepancies.
  • •Support first batch release and manage quarantine articles with 3PL; coordinate scrapping of obsolete stock and required documentation.
  • •Coordinate inbound and outbound operations, including freight prioritization, time-slot management, inbound damage/DDN monitoring, and outbound consolidation/load optimization.
  • •Serve as on-site point of contact for hauliers for time-slot management and support logistics claims (e.g., on-time arrival, demurrage) with internal stakeholders.
  • •Track and review daily/weekly/monthly warehouse performance KPIs from 3PL, prepare root-cause analysis for service failures/missed SLAs, and support audits and continuous improvement action plans.

Key Requirements

  • •1-3 years of experience in warehouse management and transport, ideally in FMCG or a similar environment.
  • •Experience engaging with freight forwarders.
  • •MS Office skills, especially Excel.
  • •Working experience in SAP or a similar ERP system.
  • •Basic understanding of warehouse and transport processes, including dangerous goods and customs.
