Source and grow mortgage opportunities through internal and external referral channels, using consultative selling to advise clients on mortgage options and related financial products. Guide customers through the application process, maintain client relationships, and support end-to-end service from approval through closing by securing and verifying underwriting information with loan origination sources.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and expand internal and external referral sources to grow mortgage business.
•Advise clients on mortgage loan options and other financial products using consultative selling techniques.
•Provide customer service from approval through closing by working with loan origination sources to secure and verify information for underwriting.
•Maintain client relationships.
•Advise customers on completing loan applications and perform other assigned duties.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED.
•1+ year of mortgage loan origination experience, preferably at a bank.
•NMLS license.
•Knowledge of mortgage loan products (conventional, FHA/VA, construction lending and portfolio programs).
•Strong written/verbal communication and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
