Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound management, stock handling, storage, and order dispatch.
  • •Steer warehouse operations to meet agreed SLAs and KPIs and proactively implement operational goals and process improvements.
  • •Ensure Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) procedures are followed through periodic safety and health risk assessments.
  • •Coordinate inventory accuracy through periodical stock takes and maintain stock variation within acceptable tolerance limits.
  • •Liaise with the commercial department to manage fast/slow-moving lines, spoilages/wastages/shrinkages, and returns/refunds/damaged & expired goods.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
  • •In-depth knowledge of operations fundamentals such as supply chain, customer service, JIT, and Six Sigma.
  • •Knowledge of local legislation relevant to the industry/operations.
  • •Strong stakeholder management experience with vendor delivery teams and community/neighbors.
  • •Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment tools, plus manpower planning and scheduling.
