Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out desktop reviews and risk assessments before and after losses to evaluate property exposures and controls for assigned accounts.
  • •Partner with Underwriting, Claims, clients, and brokers to design practical loss control programmes tailored to client needs.
  • •Conduct client site surveys, collect and analyze data, identify hazards, and prepare clear loss control reports and recommendations.
  • •Deliver high-quality, on-time reports, ensuring recommendations are accurate, actionable, and easy to understand.
  • •Coordinate third-party providers when needed and support internal and client projects, including technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant engineering or technical experience (ideally chemical, electrical, or mechanical engineering) with exposure to corporate insurance, risk consulting, or a similar advisory environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of property risk, loss control, and risk improvement measures, with curiosity to learn new technologies and industry developments.
  • •Experience conducting risk assessments and loss control surveys and developing practical recommendations for corporate clients.
  • •Clear communication skills to explain technical topics for different audiences, with strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • •Fluent German and English, with a client-focused mindset and interest in consultative, solution-oriented service delivery.
