•Define and communicate the roadmap and vision for the payments infrastructure across 30+ countries.
•Lead multiple cross-functional projects and product initiatives throughout the lifecycle, partnering with operations, finance, and engineering stakeholders.
•Connect with country teams to understand local payment landscapes and facilitate discussions with providers.
•Collaborate with product, data, and business teams to align on company-wide needs and drive end-user impact.
•Own delivery and ensure the payments platform is secure, scalable, and future-ready.

•Skilled at working with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, data, and business, keeping people aligned and momentum strong.
•High ownership mindset. Comfortable getting hands-on when needed, while also pushing complex initiatives beyond your immediate scope.
•Strong blend of data fluency, technical depth, design intuition, and business judgment, grounded in a humble, entrepreneurial mindset.
