Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • •Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job requisition and sourcing through onboarding.
  • •Lead and mentor the recruitment team to foster a high-performance, collaborative culture.
  • •Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand needs and guide talent acquisition best practices.
  • •Analyze recruitment data and metrics, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and manage agency/vendor relationships while delivering a world-class candidate experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or in a senior talent acquisition role.
  • •In-depth knowledge of the full recruitment cycle, sourcing, and candidate assessment methods.
  • •Strong leadership and team management skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is highly advantageous.
  • •Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred.
