Job Summary

Lead solution architecture for a multi-year modernization program, integrating an existing IoT radiation exposure tracking environment and modernizing documentary tracking and inventory management systems. Establish and govern an AWS GovCloud landing zone, ensuring compliance and cloud security configurations, policies, and audit requirements. Serve as a senior technical representative to the client, guide Agile DevSecOps engineering teams, and ensure architectural standards, DevSecOps automation, and roadmap delivery across task orders.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead technical strategy to inherit and integrate the existing IoT radiation exposure tracking environment.
•Architect and oversee AWS GovCloud landing zone setup, certification, compliance, and client-aligned hosting responsibilities.
•Define cloud security configurations, policies, and audit requirements for the cloud environment.
•Serve as the senior technical representative to the client, communicating architecture decisions, risks, and trade-offs.
•Lead solution design for modernization of documentary tracking and inventory management systems, and guide Agile DevSecOps engineering teams to adhere to standards and roadmap deliverables.

Key Requirements

•Master's degree in Engineering (or related) with 10+ years of experience in software architecture or technical leadership, or Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of relevant experience.
•Lead technical strategy to inherit and integrate an existing IoT radiation exposure tracking environment.
•Define ingestion, data modeling, interface, and system interoperability requirements for IoT-based systems.
•Architect and oversee AWS GovCloud landing zone setup, certification, and compliance.
•Define cloud security configurations, policies, and audit requirements.
