•Identify and recruit best-fit personnel to help drive the team and company forward.
•Support recruiting and hiring efforts to ensure positive, smooth candidate and new-hire experiences.
•Establish and maintain communication with team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations.
•Recommend improvements to enhance processes and increase ease and efficiency.
•Provide strategic input on best sourcing channels and advise on staffing and recruitment strategy; support documentation and policy adherence.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, plus 2 years in a supervisory role.
•3 years of BPO recruitment experience (volume recruitment), or relevant volume recruitment experience if without BPO experience.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills with clear, constructive, professional communication.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage time across multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives.
•Proficiency to work in MS Office.
