Key Responsibilities

•Prospect independently using referral sources, existing clients, and centers of influence to grow the client base.
•Develop and execute business plans to achieve financial goals and qualitative measurements for assigned prospects and clients.
•Partner with One Bank teams and product partners to build tailored relationship strategies and holistic banking solutions.
•Manage customer relationships to maximize opportunities while adhering to bank risk appetite and portfolio management guidelines.
•Use CRM to track client activity, manage pipeline, support call reporting, and analyze financial information for credit requests.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 82,100 - 172,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 4 years Commercial Banking experience, preferably at least 3 years in a sales role.
•Formalized commercial credit training or equivalent credit experience, with ability to structure moderately complex financial situations.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Accounting) or equivalent work experience preferred.
•Strong business acumen, including detailed analysis and review of financial statements and accounting principles.
•Must be proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with prospecting and CRM sales tools preferred.
