Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a Coach brand ambassador—building client relationships, driving cross-sell and upsell, and meeting individual and store KPIs. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations across cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service, retail, and asset-protection standards.
