Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement pricing strategies for the DACH region to improve competitiveness, profitability, and sustainable portfolio growth.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to translate customer value, brand positioning, and market dynamics into pricing recommendations, price architectures, and commercial guardrails.
  • •Steer pricing decisions across the full product lifecycle, from new launches to core portfolio pricing, promotions, and portfolio optimization aligned to market and company goals.
  • •Create and advance pricing analyses, dashboards, and business insights to track price realization, margin development, discount leakage, gross-to-net, and key commercial performance drivers.
  • •Drive pricing governance in the region, including approval processes, exception handling, price thresholds, escalation paths, and documentation standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a comparable field; an MBA is an advantage.
  • •Several years of relevant experience in pricing, commercial finance, revenue management, business analytics, commercial operations, or product/category management (ideally in tools, manufacturing, industry, or consumer goods).
  • •Strong analytical and quantitative skills, translating complex data into clear recommendations and reliable business cases for pricing and margin decisions.
  • •Practical experience with pricing frameworks, portfolio analyses, and discount/rebate structures focused on profitability optimization.
  • •Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Power BI, SAP, Alteryx, Qlik, or similar reporting/analysis tools is a plus.
