Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver the People Plan for GBS APMEA and Europe, aligning workforce planning and skills with the “Together we Grow” framework.
  • •Drive talent management, including succession pipeline development and leadership coaching with people leaders.
  • •Optimize the HR operating model and partner with HR COEs to deliver advanced HR solutions and organizational effectiveness.
  • •Lead or participate in ad-hoc projects, committees, or task forces to support HR priorities and organizational health.
  • •In partnership with Talent Acquisition, lead recruitment, retention execution, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (minimum qualification).
  • •Appropriate professional people qualification (CIPD, SPHR, PHR or equivalent) preferred.
  • •15 years’ experience in an HR Business Partnering role, including responsibility for managing change and senior stakeholder management.
  • •Deep HR knowledge to manage complex escalations and decision-making in a progressive HR operating model.
  • •Proven ability to lead workforce planning, talent programs, retention/onboarding efforts, and work with geographically dispersed teams.
