Risk officer / Senior Risk Officer (Independent Validation)

Provide independent validation and challenge over the quality, integrity, and reliability of risk data aggregation and reporting processes aligned to RDARR / BCBS 239. Assess data quality and data lineage, evaluate governance and controls, and conduct reviews, testing, and thematic deep dives across risk and data processes. Prepare validation reports and recommendations for senior management, monitor remediation actions, and collaborate with stakeholders across the Baltics.
