Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess customer Falcon environments and ensure alignment with Falcon Complete standards.
  • •Provide recommendations to improve security posture and create/remediate components that address security gaps.
  • •Contact customers directly when misalignment with Falcon Complete standards is identified.
  • •Document, update, and resolve customer issues according to procedures and SLAs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Technology and/or Cybersecurity or relevant experience.
  • •Excellent customer-facing communication (verbal and written) with customer empathy to guide customers to desired outcomes.
  • •Adept with Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
  • •Experience or demonstrated knowledge of threat detection and incident response.
  • •Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001/2, NIST Cyber Security Framework, CIS Critical Security, PCI DSS, Cloud Controls Matrix, and MITRE ATT&ck.
