Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as an SME/consultant to conceptualize analytical solutions for business problems across multiple businesses/regions.
  • •Lead and mentor a team to deliver analytical and strategic recommendations to support data-driven decision-making.
  • •Design fraud and risk typologies and build anomaly detection models, rules, and graph network solutions for fraud controls across markets.
  • •Partner with business stakeholders to drive data-driven value and support implementation of analytics solutions.
  • •Understand business domain and functional goals while applying statistical/ML methods to solve diverse, complex problems.

Key Requirements

  • •7 to 10 years of hands-on analytics experience solving complex business problems, converting business problems into analytical problems.
  • •Minimum 7 years using statistical concepts and/or machine learning models for complex business challenges.
  • •Bachelors or Masters degree in statistics, economics, or other quantitative fields (numerical discipline/engineering specializations preferred).
  • •Experience with fraud/financial crime in banking domain and familiarity with fraud tools and platforms.
  • •Proficiency with programming and analytics tools (preferably SAS, SQL, BigQuery, or Python) and use of data visualization tools like Looker, Qliksense, or Tableau.
