Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain automated benchmarking workflows using ISV applications to evaluate CPU, GPU, memory, storage, and platform performance.
  • •Build automation and orchestration frameworks for workload execution, result collection, and analysis.
  • •Create and maintain cross-platform benchmarking execution/control harnesses supporting Windows, Windows on ARM, macOS, and Linux, including lightweight GUIs using QT and/or .NET.
  • •Collaborate with hardware teams to debug complex performance issues using tracing, power, and optimization input.
  • •Provide platform instrumentation hooks and infrastructure support to enable low-level data collection and translate performance data into actionable insights.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 152,000 - 228,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • •Strong object-oriented programming background with C/C++/C# strongly preferred.
  • •Experience with performance debugging and system-level troubleshooting across Windows, Linux, and macOS.
  • •Experience with concurrent programming, threading models, and synchronization primitives.
  • •Proficiency using software development tools and processes, including debuggers, profilers, and Git-based source control.
