Job Summary

Support the Group Tax Office with tax reporting and tax calculation for forecast scenarios. Manage quarterly information flows for Italian entities and ensure Pillar II compliance for the designated legal entity. Contribute to sustainability reporting data and SFCR (Solvency and Financial Condition Report) tax data, defining future tax scenarios based on forecasts.

Key Responsibilities

•Verify, interpret, and manage quarterly information flows across Italian Group entities to ensure coherent and complete tax reporting, in collaboration with the Tax Compliance team.
•Verify and manage Pillar II compliance obligations for the designated legal entity.
•Prepare tax reporting for local top management and the parent company to monitor proper application of tax regulations to corporate events, including Pillar II.
•Collect and prepare tax data for inclusion in the sustainability report.
•Use forecast scenarios to define the tax situation for future scenarios, including inputs for SFCR tax data preparation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 37,000 - 45,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in economics (preferably with a focus on tax law).
•3–5 years of tax experience in insurance groups or in professional firms.
•Good knowledge of applicable tax and accounting regulations.
•Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
•Knowledge of SAP and main tax management systems, including Entratel; base knowledge of ChatGPT or similar tools.
