Field Service Leader-Wireline & Perf-Slickline (AZ, AE)

Supervise the day-to-day activities of Slickline service and shop personnel to deliver customer requirements for wireline and perforating operations. Lead crew personnel development through mentoring and on-the-job training, assess competence of supervisors/operators/assistants, and provide guidance on job designs based on downhole conditions. Interact with wellsite customer representatives to troubleshoot execution issues, ensure compliance with HMS and regulatory requirements, and manage process deviations via Management of Change.
