Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full personnel security clearance lifecycle in DISS, including initiation, SF-86 submission, status tracking, reinvestigation scheduling, and adjudication follow-through.
  • •Administer SCI and SAP access programs, including indoctrinations, debriefings, access records, and coordination with government security representatives and PSOs.
  • •Run security briefings and education, conducting initial briefings, annual refreshers, program-specific indoctrinations, and maintaining audit-ready records.
  • •Operate foreign contact and foreign travel reporting and adverse information reporting in accordance with NISPOM, including submission coordination with DCSA as required.
  • •Serve as AFSO of record and support classified facility security operations (document control/destruction, access control records, inspections/reviews, key/lock program).

Key Requirements

  • •Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility at time of hire; fully adjudicated (no interim clearances).
  • •5+ years of progressive personnel security and industrial security experience in a cleared DoD contractor environment.
  • •Hands-on proficiency with DISS (Defense Information System for Security), current and operational.
  • •In-depth working knowledge of NISPOM (32 CFR Part 117) and practical administration of SCI access programs (indoctrinations and debriefings).
  • •FSO certification via CDSE (Center for Development of Security Excellence), current certification required or demonstrable progress toward completion.
