Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive short-term and long-term materials planning with suppliers, including supplier stocking strategies and VMI programs.
  • •Issue supplier purchase orders to optimize inventory levels and manage supplier production schedules and deliveries.
  • •Support global S&OP planning and inventory management, including participation in the plant physical inventory process.
  • •Build and maintain partnerships with the global supply base, collaborate with Global Procurement on pricing tables, and maintain master data accuracy.
  • •Initiate and lead projects for planning optimization, inventory reduction, service improvement, root cause analysis, product transitions, and cost-out analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, System Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.
  • •At least 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, planning, scheduling, or purchasing.
  • •Strong working knowledge of Supply/Demand Planning, MRP, and ERP concepts, plus manufacturing and supply chain processes.
  • •APICS or CPM certification preferred.
  • •Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving/critical thinking with negotiation skills.
