Client Relationship Consultant 2 (Banker) - Gilbert Frys

Build trusted relationships with consumer and business customers through proactive outreach, follow-up, and omnichannel engagement (in person, by appointment, and virtually). Assess customer needs, educate clients on deposit and loan products and digital/self-service tools, and recommend solutions aligned to each customer’s goals. Provide an excellent in-branch experience, open accounts, process requests, and submit credit applications while supporting operational accuracy and excellence.
