Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform grinding and foundry support duties across grinding room and foundry areas following standard procedures or instructions.
  • •Grind large and small castings; assist with mold handling (dumping/shakeout), pouring molds, and core knockout.
  • •Transport metal, castings, and materials/equipment using fork truck, payloader, or power vac.
  • •Assist molder with machine set-up, operate shot blast cleaning equipment, and repair pouring ladles.
  • •Detect and report defective materials and maintain clean, orderly work areas while following safety regulations.
