Lead Boots Hearingcare’s UK property function, shaping a growing national estate to support colleagues and customers while enabling business growth. Drive the property strategy and deliver acquisitions, fit-outs, relocations, and refurbishments. Oversee facilities management and maintenance across retail and office sites, manage contractors and partners, ensure compliance with UK property, planning, and Health & Safety legislation, and lead/develop the Property and Facilities team.
