Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of production-level Python engineering with code you shipped and maintained.
  • •Hands-on machine learning experience, specifically supervised fine-tuning and post-training of models.
  • •Familiarity with modern fine-tuning/serving toolchains such as Unsloth, Fireworks, Baseten (or equivalents).
  • •Cloud experience with GCP or AWS, including infrastructure-as-code using Terraform.
  • •Experience running ML-based products in production, including deployment, monitoring, retraining, and iteration; plus designing and operating data pipelines for training and evaluation.
