Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand on-site installation and repair requirements by forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as the direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Use blueprints or engineering specifications plus hand tools and cutting-edge software/technology to diagnose and repair HVAC units.
