Job Summary

Lead and direct concurrent client projects (standard or complex) and coordinate multiple related projects within larger programs. Manage delivery from concept through final implementation and handover to operations, ensuring on-time, on-budget, as-sold solutions that meet quality criteria and client satisfaction. Act as a single point of contact for escalations, control scope and change, manage risks/issues, and support pre-sales scoping, costing, and proposals.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and direct concurrent standard or complex client projects and coordinate multiple related projects within a program to achieve shared business objectives.
•Engage stakeholders to deliver projects from original concept through final implementation and handover to operations.
•Ensure client satisfaction by managing escalations as the single point of contact for the client.
•Manage delivery to keep solutions within baselined budget, delivered on time, and meeting quality criteria, including rigorous scope control and change management.
•Manage risks and issues, ensure clear communications to stakeholders, and provide pre-sales support for scoping, costing, and proposals.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
•8+ years of IT program/project management experience, including 3–5 years leading IT outsourcing transitions or transformation programs.
•Demonstrated experience managing multi-tower, multi-phase transitions with formal governance, RAID/RTM management, and quality-gate frameworks (entry/exit criteria).
•Experience managing organizational change in an outsourcing context across retained, rebadged, and exiting workforce populations.
•Familiarity with ITIL service management practices, SLA/KPI frameworks, and knowledge/asset management (KB, AMDB) practices.
