Job Summary

Own the operational and technical relationship with customers using Ivalua’s Buyer (Source-to-Pay) application. You manage account-level communications, run weekly/monthly customer meetings, and handle maintenance activities such as request qualification, troubleshooting SQL/code issues, upgrade preparation, and application performance tuning. You’ll be trained and certified on the Buyer application, support partners and customers, and feed customer needs back to R&D.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the dedicated contact for customer administrators across 1 to 5 accounts, ensuring satisfaction through technical expertise.
•Coordinate weekly and monthly meetings with customers and the integrator partner to prioritize requests and report maintenance improvements.
•Handle maintenance activities: follow-up, qualification, and prioritization of customer requests; troubleshoot code and SQL issues; apply query optimization and updated syntax.
•Manage change requests by analyzing needs and deviations, producing request costs, parameterizing the solution, and reducing specific code.
•Own upgrades and application performance tuning: prepare upgrade code/parameters/tests, support customer acceptance and production, and follow up on related anomalies.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 4 years of experience in L3/L4 software product technical support processes.
•Developer experience in an object-oriented language (ideally C#) from projects, internships, or work-study.
•Mastery of SQL, including writing and optimizing queries.
•Experience in technical support, with customer management experience preferred.
•Preferred BE/BTech or a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; procurement domain is an advantage.
