Support product development lab engineering activities by helping with design, test, modification, fabrication, assembly, characterization, and functional validation of electro-mechanical prototypes and circuitry. Contribute to detailed experimental testing to collect design data and maintain lab processes and documentation aligned with IATF 16949.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist with design, test, modification, fabrication, assembly, and characterization of prototype electro-mechanical systems and experimental circuitry.
•Perform operational testing, checkout, and fault isolation using test/diagnostic equipment, schematics/diagrams, and defined plans.
•Conduct engineering and detailed experimental tests to collect design data and support research work.
•Maintain lab processes and documentation in accordance with IATF 16949.
•Use specialized test equipment and support functional validation and electrical analysis.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED and 18 years of age or older.
•Currently enrolled in a Technical Certificate or Associates Degree Program in an electronics/electro-mechanical related field.
•Self-driven with the ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
•Ability to learn and understand electro-mechanical systems.
•Outstanding troubleshooting skills on electrical/mechanical systems.
