Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Lead Document Management lead with day-to-day project activities
  • •Implement and follow project-specific information management procedures and work instructions
  • •Track, log, distribute, archive, and index internal and external documentation (including metadata)
  • •Identify information management issues and areas for improvement, and participate in documentation audits
  • •Ensure project team members have required EDMS training and prioritize/organize work to meet deadlines

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of Document Management experience with a major contractor or consultant
  • •Bachelor’s degree (any stream) or equivalent diploma (preferably Computer Science)
  • •Good knowledge of EDMS software and standards/procedures for information management
  • •Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel, Project) and Adobe
  • •Hands-on experience in EPC project execution in the Oil and Gas contracting industry
