Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the first point of contact for employees, managers, and HR partners regarding absence and accommodations programs, supporting continuous improvement.
  • •Review, triage, and route leave and accommodation cases in line with program guidelines and compliance requirements.
  • •Coordinate return-to-work (RTW) by processing RTW documentation, confirming readiness, and updating employee status in required systems.
  • •Provide accurate guidance on eligibility, documentation, timelines, pay processing, and program expectations to support effective transitions.
  • •Ensure compliant case actions and data quality by maintaining complete documentation and participating in quality assurance and coaching sessions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in human resources, healthcare administration, business management, or a related discipline, or 4 years’ experience in a related field.
