Job Summary

Lead AI-driven business transformations for a strategic Banking customer as an accountable customer value and success partner. Own the end-to-end customer value journey by engaging C-level stakeholders, setting program roadmaps and value plans, and resolving escalations with cross-functional Celonis teams. Mentor teams on organization design and Centers of Excellence maturity to accelerate platform adoption. Act as the voice of the customer through advisory boards, advocacy, and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end customer value journey and drive value realization, adoption, usage targets, and client satisfaction.
•Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, and embed Celonis into their strategic objectives.
•Establish the program roadmap and detailed value plans with senior stakeholders, aligning Celonis delivery to customer strategies.
•Ensure engagements are properly staffed using global cross-functional resources (e.g., Servicing, Product, Engineering) and mentor customers on Centers of Excellence.
•Resolve customer escalations by orchestrating internal teams efficiently and lead customer advisory boards, advocacy, and thought leadership.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 15 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience in the Banking Industry; MBA strongly preferred.
•Proven track record delivering measurable results through end-to-end large-scale transformation programs.
•Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus.
•Deep exposure to successful change management practices.
•Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, technology stack, and experience in solution design; consultative approach with senior executives.
