Job Summary

Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior leaders up to EVP level, aligning people strategies with business objectives to drive performance, engagement, and organizational health. Coach leaders and employees on performance, development, workforce effectiveness, and employee relations, while leading core HR programs across the employee lifecycle. Use HR data and metrics to generate insights, collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, and improve scalable, consistent global HR processes while supporting change management from the Austin office.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a strategic HR partner to senior leaders up to EVP level, aligning people strategies with business objectives.
•Provide coaching and counsel on performance management, development, engagement, workforce effectiveness, and employee relations in partnership with Employee Relations and Legal.
•Lead core HR programs across the employee lifecycle, including performance management, compensation planning, talent reviews, succession planning, promotions, and engagement initiatives.
•Partner on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management to support business transformation and scalable growth.
•Analyze HR data and workforce metrics (e.g., headcount, attrition, turnover, job architecture, compensation) and collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated people solutions.

Key Requirements

•6–8 years of direct HR Business Partner experience in fast-growing global technology, media, or entertainment companies.
•Experience partnering across multi-location and/or global teams supporting tech and non-tech functions.
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•HR professional certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) preferred but not required.
•Ability to use Workday and other HR systems/tools, plus Google Suite and Microsoft Office, and to manage competing priorities.
