Key Responsibilities

  • •Interact with customers hands-on to support Epiroc equipment in their applications and improve performance and customer experience
  • •Support customers, branches, and the National Sales Director with application knowledge and equipment selection recommendations
  • •Provide continuing education to customers and internal teams on equipment features, benefits, and operational excellence
  • •Ensure customer and Epiroc specifications and standards are met within the equipment application
  • •Develop positive market perception and application integrity of SMT products and support customer relationship success

Key Requirements

  • •Exploration drilling and application experience, or related education/work equivalency
  • •Mechanical and/or operational knowledge of SMT products and their applications

  • •Fluency in both French and English would be an asset
