Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as an HVAC install team member and team lead.
  • •GA Conditioned Air Contractor (CAC) — Class I Restricted (State, RME Required).
  • •5+ years in a management role overseeing field teams.
  • •Strong HVAC knowledge, including heat pumps, with ability to read blueprints and schematics.
  • •Familiarity with building codes and regulations, plus excellent English communication and customer service skills.
