Field Operations Manager

Lead and support HVAC installation field teams in the Atlanta market to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality home electrification installs. Coordinate tools, equipment, vehicles, parts, and job documentation, and serve as the main liaison with internal logistics, procurement, and scheduling. Conduct site visits and pre-install walkthroughs for coaching and quality assurance, enforce safety standards and code compliance, and drive continuous process improvements and knowledge sharing.
