Job Summary

Lead and coach a store team to achieve sales, KPI, and profitability targets through effective planning, training, scheduling, and performance management. Act as Store Manager in their absence, ensure training effectiveness, oversee loss prevention, and maintain a safe, compliant store environment while delivering high-quality customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards.
•Ensure the Store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through planning, expense control, sales and service.
•Assist Store Manager with recruitment, training, development and succession of employees; support productivity conversations, coaching, recognition and performance reviews.
•Oversee payroll control and scheduling to maintain profitability while delivering high levels of service; travel may be required for off-site trainings.
•Act as Store Manager when the Store Manager is away and ensure training program effectiveness; monitor Loss Prevention education and awareness.

Key Requirements

•2 - 4 years’ management experience in a focused, customer service-oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear).
•Proven ability to exceed sales goals and reason through complex issues.
•Strong team player with excellent communication skills and ability to present information to large groups.
•Ability to learn quickly and have basic computer skills including MS Office and retail software.
