Job Summary

Build and maintain operational processes and reporting for the Customer Success organization by turning customer and product usage data into actionable insights. Conduct research, analyses, and presentations to help predict churn, improve retention and customer experience, and inform product and service improvements. Partner with Customer Success Management, support enablement on analytics tools and platforms, and collaborate on system integration, data ingestion, and AI initiatives.

•Research and develop customer intelligence and drive meaningful action through data.
•Create, maintain, and continuously improve operational processes for Customer Success teams.
•Conduct data analysis on product and customer usage data to improve customer experience, predict churn, and drive retention/expansion.
•Interpret, summarize, and present findings with recommendations to key stakeholders.
•Perform implementation/administration with the Customer Success platform (including Planhat) and support system integration and data ingestion activities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent data/business analytics experience).
•5+ years of experience in a data analytics role.
•Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
•Proficiency with Tableau and/or Power BI.
•Proficiency in Python (or another relevant scripting language) and experience with Salesforce/CRM tools or Customer Success tools.
