Key Responsibilities

  • •Investigate, evaluate, and settle third-party bodily injury claims in a timely and efficient manner, including gathering information and analyzing medical reports and documentation.
  • •Negotiate settlements with claimants, legal representatives, and other stakeholders, ensuring offers are fair, within guidelines, and legally sound.
  • •Ensure claims processes adhere to company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations, staying updated on relevant legal changes.
