Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor – Data Center Construction

Manage end-to-end cost control for a major, multi-phase hyperscale data center construction program on an active campus in Abilene. Own cost plans, budgets, forecasts, and monthly executive reporting, coordinating cost data across designers, contractors, and vendors. Lead procurement support, change management, value engineering, and cost-risk analysis—while serving as a primary client interface and mentoring junior team members.
