Key Responsibilities

•Partner with franchise teams to shape annual and campaign marketing plans aligned with Sephora SEA and global brand direction.
•Guide franchise partners to translate regional priorities into locally relevant initiatives across established and newly launched franchise markets.
•Ensure franchise marketing plans and activations are consistent with Sephora’s brand identity, campaign framework, and customer experience principles.
•Build integrated omni-channel marketing plans with franchise partners to drive traffic, conversion, and sales across relevant consumer touchpoints.
•Review campaign performance and market feedback with franchise partners to identify optimization opportunities and support CRM, loyalty, and customer engagement initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Have strong marketing experience in retail, beauty, FMCG, or consumer brands, ideally across multi-market, franchise, or market expansion environments.
