Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as primary HR contact for the PDSS International Sales Team, partnering with managers on talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and retention.
  • •Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, compliance, and risk management to support a positive employee experience.
  • •Lead HR program management across talent management, performance reviews, capability assessments, and development planning.
  • •Manage learning, development, engagement, and recognition initiatives to build employee capability and organizational effectiveness.
  • •Analyze HR metrics and people data to identify trends, improve engagement and performance, and drive continuous improvement in line with Eaton Business System (EBS).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in China (Shanghai) without company sponsorship.
  • •Minimum 2 years of progressive HR experience.
  • •At least 2 years in an HR role supporting multi-entities.
  • •Strong analytical skills and fluency in English; proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI plus).
