Lead the engagement strategy and health of Adobe’s partner ecosystem for ACPC, driving platform engagement with Creative Pro partners (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and others) and translating partner needs into platform investments. Own the partner roadmap, align cross‑functional teams, and deliver measurable business and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive and maintain strategic alignment between ACPC and partner teams; translate insights into a compelling ACPC strategy and keep the roadmap aligned, acting as an early warning system for misalignment.
•Own partnership strategy and health; define engagement model, evangelize ACPC capabilities, and provide transparency to senior leaders on partnership health to ensure ACPC is recognized as a reliable platform partner.
•Connect the dots across Adobe’s ecosystem; operate with a cross‑Adobe lens to identify where ACPC investments compound across partners, especially on agentic workflows, and focus product investments on impactful opportunities.
•Evolve and advocate for the Partner Success framework across Adobe Unified Platform (AUP) to amplify the team’s impact.
•Build trust with partner teams and Creative Professionals to drive platform engagement that yields tangible business and customer value.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in product management, strategic consulting, business development, or similar roles with a strategic, consultative approach.
•Track record of influencing senior leadership decisions through excellent written and verbal communication.
•Ability to operate proactively in unstructured situations: identify problems, build your own POV, and drive initiatives without detailed direction.
•Developed point of view on AI and agentic technologies in creative workflows, with curiosity to track space and translate into strategic recommendations.
•Understanding of creative professional workflows and how creative teams collaborate on complex projects.
