Key Responsibilities

•Cultivate relationships, drive production in current accounts, and obtain referrals for new F&I business opportunities with large franchised automotive dealers.
•Support performance and key initiatives to drive growth and profitability through ongoing training and development within dealerships.
•Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders via e-mail, intranet, or newsletter to maintain relationships.
•Attend conferences, seminars, training events, and other meetings to promote Zurich’s marketing efforts as needed.
•Understand and respond to changing dealership technology/IT requirements of customer accounts to maintain good relationships.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in the sales area, or a High School Diploma/equivalent and 4+ years of sales experience.
•Strong knowledge of sales principles, sales techniques, and sales terminology.
•Dealership training experience.
•Advanced knowledge of technology within dealerships and basic knowledge of all F&I products.
•Knowledge of warranty claims terminology and techniques, with the ability to multi-task.
