Key Responsibilities

  • •Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a key area within Airwallex’s lending and credit product suite
  • •Partner with customers, commercial teams, and internal stakeholders to deeply understand customer problems, validate opportunities, and identify the right segments to serve
  • •Translate complex credit, regulatory, operational, and technical requirements into simple, scalable product experiences
  • •Work closely with engineering and design to define solutions, prioritise trade-offs, and deliver high-quality products with speed and rigor
  • •Partner with credit risk, legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure products are commercially effective and operationally sound

Key Requirements

  • •5 to 7 years of overall professional experience in product management within fintech, financial services, lending, or adjacent regulated domains
  • •Significant experience shipping and scaling products in fintech, financial services, lending, or adjacent regulated domains
  • •Experience taking products from ideation through delivery and iteration in complex cross-functional environments
  • •Strong product judgment and analytical skills with the ability to use data and first-principles thinking to make decisions
  • •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences
