Job Summary

Support the Operations team with efficient contract delivery for the Aviation Partner Solutions account. Coordinate day-to-day activities and communication between teams and stakeholders, manage events and roster fulfillment, and ensure administrative compliance for time and attendance. Handle T&A and invoice processing, monitor KPI compliance against SOPs/SWIs and SLA targets, analyze trends to improve administrative processes, and provide fleet management reporting and operational scorecard data.
