Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, procure, and assemble mechanical and electrical test systems for Starlink aviation platforms, including continuous-integration test systems.
  • •Design and build wire harnesses, PCBA test racks, robotics, and environmental simulation equipment.
  • •Operate tests and collect/report findings for vibration, shock, thermal, RF, and load testing to meet FAA certification requirements.
  • •Support production, engineering, and qualification tests with equipment bring-up, configuration, dry runs, and in situ troubleshooting.
  • •Manage first article builds, handle shortages/errors, feedback findings into documentation, and manage supply chain and vendors for outsourced equipment builds.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of hands-on experience with mechanical/structural/fluid/electrical systems.
  • •2+ years of experience performing electronic testing and inspection using portable measuring devices.
  • •Ability to work extended hours or weekends as needed.
  • •Ability to lift up to 25lbs unassisted and perform physical demands including climbing, bending, and standing for long periods.
