Support Store Management by delivering exceptional customer service and promoting operational excellence. Serve as an advanced in-store resource for automotive parts identification, compatibility questions, and system-level issues, while training and mentoring team members to improve product knowledge and service. Reinforce safety, environmental, and compliance standards, help manage daily action plans and performance objectives, assist with cash-handling procedures, and provide supervisor support with reports and store operations as assigned.
