Foreperson- Plants and Asphalt

Coordinate daily asphalt plant operations by communicating workload, facilitating scheduling of liquids and aggregate, and supporting plant start-up activities. This supervisory role requires prior supervisory experience and strong communication and organization skills, plus basic computer proficiency. You’ll help keep production running smoothly while working at a major highway contractor and leading producer of hot mix asphalt and construction aggregates in New England.
