Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and implement end-to-end model development for fault prediction, network state modeling, and autonomous repair within production networks.
  • •Build multi-modal models over structured networking data and enable function-calling to drive network decisions.
  • •Evaluate model performance in real-world hardware and virtualized environments and iterate based on results.
  • •Collaborate closely with firmware and application teams to ship models into production and improve reliability and latency.
  • •Shape the technical roadmap, modeling approaches, and team culture as part of a founding core engineering group.

Key Requirements

  • •Built, trained, and scaled neural networks from the ground up; strong practical experience with end-to-end model development for real-world systems.
  • •Ability to think in systems and operate across hardware, firmware, and software stack.
  • •Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deploy models into production networks.
  • •Familiarity with evaluating model performance in real hardware and virtualized environments.
  • •Interest in building the technical DNA of a new applied research organization from the ground up.
